Contact data — email address and organisation name provided via our request access form or direct contact
Assessment data — psychometric responses submitted during AARI assessments
Usage data — standard analytics on how our platform is accessed (anonymised)

To respond to pilot access requests and onboard design partners
To deliver AARI assessments and governance reports
To improve our platform and services
To comply with legal obligations under EU AI Act and UK AI regulation

4. Legal Basis (UK GDPR)

We process personal data under: Legitimate interests (business enquiries), Contract performance (delivering purchased services), and Legal obligation (compliance reporting where required).

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We may share data with trusted processors (e.g. Formspree for form submissions, Firebase for hosting) under appropriate data processing agreements. All processors operate under GDPR-compliant terms.

6. Data Retention

Contact enquiry data is retained for 24 months. Assessment data is retained for the duration of your service agreement plus 12 months unless otherwise agreed.

Our website uses no tracking cookies. We use session-only functional scripts with no cross-site tracking.
