By accessing or using the Vivadence platform and AARI assessment services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are accessing the Services on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
Vivadence Ltd provides AI governance assessment, compliance readiness reporting, and audit preparation services. The AARI (AI Assurance and Responsibility Index) is a proprietary psychometric methodology protected by patent-pending intellectual property rights.
During our design partner phase, access to the platform is by invitation only. Pilot participants receive AARI baseline assessments and governance reports in exchange for structured feedback. Commercial terms are agreed separately in writing.
All methodology, software, reports, and materials produced by Vivadence Ltd remain our intellectual property. The AARI methodology is patent-pending. Clients receive a licence to use assessment outputs for internal governance purposes only. Redistribution or resale without written consent is prohibited.
We treat all client assessment data as confidential. We do not share individual results externally without explicit consent. Aggregate anonymised benchmarking data may be used for research and product improvement.
Vivadence assessment outputs are governance advisory tools and do not constitute legal advice or guarantee regulatory compliance. We are not liable for decisions made on the basis of assessment outputs. Our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to fees paid for the relevant service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or platform notice. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
